The scenic and lighting design inspiration really came out of an appreication of Russian architecture, art deco, and maybe most suprisingly - Christian Folk singers Peter, Paul, and Mary. The song "This Train" became a diving point,- I wanted to create a rail car of a room built out of playing cards.. With the threat these cheaters, could at any point jump the track or be folded to calamity.
